East Restaurant Dublin is delighted to be collaborating with the National Council For The Blind of Ireland (NCBI) with our “Dine In The Dark” event which will take place on the 9th of November. Our Dine in the Dark experience features a taste tantalising 3 course Asian fusion menu consisting of a mysterious menu* (please note gluten free & vegetarian options will be available). The delicious 3 course meal is €39 (€10 of which goes towards the NCBI).
You will be blindfolded on the night and will have to detect the distinct flavours and textures for yourself. Without your sight to guide you, your other senses will enhance to detect tastes, flavours and textures.
Did you know one in six people in Ireland are affected by sight loss? Our Dine in the Dark event will help to raise vital funding and awareness for this extremely worthy cause. Check out some tips on how to guide a person with a vision impairment. It is also something different to try in the luxurious surroundings of The Spencer Hotel in Dublin city centre. Enjoy some yummy food in Dublin with a fun, fine dining experience using your senses and to build on your experience of Asian food and get to know flavours, textures and tastes associated with the cuisine.

We will start the mysterious Dine In The Dark experience at 7.30pm in East Restaurant in the IFSC, Dublin city centre. Come along with your other half or a group of friends to enjoy a delicious, mysterious meal in a very relaxing setting. A great get away from your working week or busy schedule.
